IATA has placed limitations on the distribution and use of IATA Ticket Tax Box Service/RATD data, made available under the following conditions, which the Subscriber undertakes to respect:
1. The data is made available to the Subscriber to be used in the Subscriber’s system only.
2. Any other use of this data in the system, or any use of the system including this data for any other purpose, is not permitted without the prior consent in writing from IATA, Senior Director, Member & Government Relations.
3. IATA grants to the Subscriber a non-exclusive licence to use the copyright reserved data. The data contained in the product has not been purchased by the Subscriber and the Subscriber is not hereby granted or given any proprietorial rights therein.
4. The Subscriber shall not multiply, copy, transmit by any phototechnical means, reproduce, translate, store on a different electronic device, sell, lease, cede, transfer or make available by any other means to any other systems or third parties the data or parts thereof without prior consent in writing from IATA, Senior Director, Member & Government Relations.
